New Grandbaby!

Welcome to Matthias David Ray... my new grandangel arriving Oct. 14, 2008 just 2 days after my birthday. He weighed 7 lb, 4 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. He is absolutely beautiful and most important of all... healthy! Can't wait to spoil him along with his sister, Isabella and brother, Luke! Congratulations... Angie & Gus .. you are most blessed!

Trip of a Lifetime!

Time is counting down until this Texas girl steps foot on foreign soil.... On November 18th, AA will take off from Dallas-Ft Worth with yours truly aboard. First stop.... Heathrow, London England... then a quick plane change and off to Venice, Italy!.... after two days of taking in one of the most romantic cities in the world, I will board a ship then set sail on the "Splendor of the Seas" of the Royal Caribbean lines to 6 other countries including Dubrovnic, Croatia.. Santorini, Greece.. Tunis, Tunisia.. Malaga, Spain.. Casablanca, Morroco.. and ending up in Lisbon, Portugal. After 3 short days of driving around to see sights in Portugal, alas... all good times must come to an end and the big metal bird will take me back to Texas again.
